Savory Potato Chips Infused with Essential Oils

I don’t know about you, but there is just something amazing about fresh, out of the oven, warm, homemade potato chips. Here’s my recipe:
Combine your favorite olive oil with a couple drops each of Rosemary Vitality and Basil Vitality essential oils from Young Living and mix well. Dip or soak your slices and place on a cookie sheet so they are not touching each other. Add fresh ground sea salt and pepper to taste on both sides. Cook in oven at 375 for 20-30 minutes or until crisp and brown. Your time will depend on how thick you slice them. Use a mandoli for super thin slices and get an oil atomizer to spray your oil on rather than coat for a lighter taste. These babies are amazballs!
